Single-origin from the lands of Peru in the San Martìn region at an elevation of 1900 m. These grains of the Caturra, Typica and Catimor varieties are washed and fermented between 36 and 120 hours and then dried naturally in the sun on African beds protected from direct irradiation. The flavor profile shows low acidity and important body with hints of dark cocoa with hints of malt and caramel. Alto Mayo Cooperative ‘s production is carried out using organic methods, without the use of pesticides or synthetic fertilizers.
