The scent is sometimes reminiscent of Indian incense and spices, which are often grown next to coffee plantations. The term“plantation” indicates that the fruit is stripped before the drying stage, which takes place in the countries of origin, and then the bean dries coated only with the parchment layer. The latter is removed only before shipment to the importing countries. Mysore is grown between 1,000 mt and 1,300 mt falls under the classification of Cup of Excellence wood-roasted to maintain the greatness of this coffee.
